Tatch-A-Cleat^® Model HD

Tatch-A-Cleat^® Model HD is a heavy-duty cleat, engineered to stand up to abrasive, high-impact applications such as mining, agriculture, construction, scrap, trash-burning, and material handling.

Model HD cleats are manufactured from an abrasion-resistant SBR compound for added durability. In addition, the HD displays high tensile strength and flexibility, so it can be used in troughing conveyors or in applications employing horseshoe, chevron or crescent patterns. Features a smooth exterior for quick cleanup, and special sealing edges to lockout dirt and moisture.

Model HD is available in the standard 1" (25mm) height or 2" (50mm). In addition the top edges of the HD2 are rounded to prevent bruising of conveyed material.
