Flexco^® Power Set^™ Rivet Driver

The Flexco^® Power Set™ Rivet Driver is the latest advancement in providing tools and systems to improve belt fastener performance and splicing speed. The Power Set Rivet Driver was designed to reduce operator fatigue, safely speed up the installation of Flexco SR™ belt fasteners and provide consistent, controlled and uniform splices each and every time.

The Power Set Rivet Driver was designed to reduce splicing time. Long term testing of the Power Set Driver at a major belt repair shop showed total calculated labor savings were 25%. Plus you can further improve on the speed of splice installation by adding a second Power Set driver to our Tee fitting, adding a second Power Set metal guide block and second operator and cut installation time by almost half.

The Flexco Power Set Rivet Driver is used in combination with the specially designed steel guide block and Power Set Rapid Loader™ collated rivet strips designed for power driving. Power Set rivets have a flute (washer) attached to the pilot nail of every rivet to properly align them in the metal guide block – assuring a consistent, uniform rivet set every time.
