Faster.
  • The lacer head is power assisted by an 18 volt cordless drill, reducing installation time by roughly 35%.
  • Belt Support Shelf easily supports and guides the belt between the hook points, significantly reducing operator effort and time.

Easier.
Driven by a cordless drill.
  • Driven by a cordless drill, operator fatigue is significantly lessened and repetitive motion from manually turning the drive handle is eliminated.
  • The new Face Strip design securely holds hooks during installation, eliminating the need for locking levers and back up bars. The result: Fewer installation steps, a lighter tool, and improved reliability of the lacer.

Smarter.
Choosing the Roller Lacer Gold Class saves time and operator energy, while increasing your conveyor belt uptime and ultimately your bottom line. This makes for a Smart choice on many levels.

Patent Pending.

Time-Saving Features of the Roller Lacer® Gold Class™:
When designing the Roller Lacer® Gold Class™ we kept you—and your downtime costs—as our top priority. That is why you will find numerous features built into this lacer to speed installation time while reducing operator fatigue.

Power Assisted Installation.
With the use of an 18 volt (or higher) cordless drill the installation time and fatigue is significantly reduced. The built-in safety feature prevents the lacer head from contacting the end plates. A manual drive handle is supplied for use if the drill has lost its charge.

Greater Lacer Head Stability.
The clevis bracket and UHMW polyethylene guide rollers provide additional stability to the lacer head and allow it to traverse with ease across the width of the lacer.

Belt Support Shelf.
Belt Support Shelf gently supports and guides the belt into open hook points, reducing installation time.

New Face Strip Design.
This new design eliminates the need for Locking Levers and Backup Bars. This not only reduces installation steps and time, but it also eliminates common repair parts from previous models.

Additional Belt Clamp Strength.
The improved design provides greater holding force with the same simple operating procedure.

Improved Face Strip Storage.
Storage slots have been extruded into the lower belt tube for easy and convenient storage of additional Face Strips.

Greater Stability on Conveyor Structure.
The additional 12" (300 mm) tool width allows the lacer to be secured more easily to conveyor structure, such as side wall pans, for greater stability when lacing.
