The Roller Lacer® and Microlacer® have long been known for their ease of use and ability to install Clipper® Wire Hooks on-site with minimal downtime. We've recently redesigned the lacers and have incorporated new features to increase your conveyor uptime through quicker installation, improved set-down of the fasteners and overall durability of the lacers.

New Installation Head Design

The lacer heads have been redesigned to offer maximum clinching power, greater durability, easier use, and simplified adjustment of guide blocks.

Maximum Clinching Power - The inner components of the heads have been engineered to minimize roller shaft deflection, allowing the hooks to be embedded further for greater strength, less abrasion and longer life. New Guide Block Design - The long-wearing guide block design is the full width of the installation head and is adjusted from the top and bottom of the head, providing a large bearing surface for greater wear resistance. Offset Handle - The offset drive handle allows users to install the majority of the passes using a single hand and quickly speed the installation of the splice.

New Face Strip Locking Knob Simply finger-tighten the knurled knob and the face strip is secured in the lacer and ready for installation. This is a much quicker and more convenient method than previously required.
