Flexco e-Services offers Flexco distributors automated transmission of their purchase order, return requests and Flexco sales invoices. It also provides real-time access to order and shipment status via secure log-in. Please read below for further explanation:
1. Ability to transmit Distributor Purchase order & Return Request
Document Format: xCBL, Flexco XML and MS Excel
Method of Transmission:
- Requires log-in to e-Services site and upload PO document
- Automatic transmission of PO document from distributor's system to Flexco's system via FTP/HTTPS. No manual intervention required.
2. Ability to transmit Flexco's Sales Invoices.
Document Format: xCBL, Flexco XML
Method of Transmission:
- Log-in to e-Services site and download Sales Invoice to distributor's system
- Automatic transmission of Sales Invoice to distributor's system via FTP/HTTPS/e-mail
3. Dashboards or Status look-ups
- Real-time access to Order and Shipment status
- Real-time access to Sales Invoice
